I have been watching 4DX for a while and expecting the capital raise, I must say i was surprised by the discount to the recent share price. I bought a small parcel of shares as I think this company has a future, but I find it puzzling that if Phillips has the inside knowledge about their product and given the discount of share price(company worth), why would they not buy 4 DX.
