I haven’t commented on BIT in a long time (glasshouses and all), but this is in my opinion a truely shameful abandonment of BIT shareholder by the board. This SPP is nothing more than a pathetic attempt to shift the blame to the shareholders when the inevitable happens. The board don’t even have the honour after 20 + years of loyal support from their shareholders to commit to taking up their full SPP allocation. The damage this sort of behaviour does to the whole Australian biotech sector makes me feel ill.
I feel for all of you who have stuck by BIT all this years - you deserve far better than this.
