Capex for the 24,000 tpa DLE project will be between 900 million and 1.000 million USD.In other words between 37,500 - 41,500 USD/t.
It won't be the capex that is needed every year.

Let's see how the numbers are progressing in the coming quarters, my gut feeling says all lithium brine producers will be looking at expansion investing on dle before eoy 2025, but just a few producers do have the know-how.
