Great idea Dav! MM and BoD altogether are responsible to balckmail the SHs. They took money in the name of 9 successful Trails, and wishfully claiming three more trials to be successful. They proved science is only for them to get money and live life that would otherwise be on dole money from centrelink.
ASX and/or ASIC hve/has proved that they have no power to grill or challenge MM and BoD.
This compnay after 20+ years putting psychologicla pressure on poor SHs to give money or get the dead company. What have MM and BoD done all these years? Why did they not raise money when there vibe? What is the gurantee that will get something that they at aleast have been proming since 2018?
They're seeking money to get their pay sorted, and they will be seekign VA. They just not only cheated the SHs but also the Govt and Tax Payers. Money to them from the SHs and Govt and Tax Payers would have been used to contibute to the economy effectively.
Top holders must act now and the regulators need to get out of their sleep and pasue a moratorium on MM's and BoD's superannuation until the science is ok and deal is done. Fair investigation be done to check if trial money given to competent parties or a result of Croonyism.
