Defeats me. Trying to make a case for Larry Diamond selling his shares and putting the proceeds into a foundation with charitable status (it is not a charity) to dodge a tax bill if he would never have if he did not sell? Making up stories about the tax bill being $30-40 mil, which is total BS given concessional capital gains and the fact that the shares were in many cases vested at much higher prices than they were sold for lol.
Here is one example: On April 29, 2021, Diamond was issued 20,252 shares at a price of $8.32 per share. Sold at $3.31, with a concessional capital gain, how much tax is payable pgjuro??????
