    I’m a shareholder and I’m very confident I’ll accept the average from three independent valuations.

    You’re not a shareholder so you shouldn’t be expecting anything. In any case, you openly admitted on HC that you don’t have much of an appetite for risk, so from the get-go you’re going to have a negative view of this JV.
