I said probably 2 years ago Zip could vastly improve profitability with AI but it is a double edged sword as AI could potentially be the worst thing ever happened to humanity replacing up to 80 percent of jobs and the mass unemployed having little or no money for discretionary spending which destroys the Zip business model.
