Our reassurance is that Crusoe has done DD and signed. Their lessees want low carbon power. If that changes Alberta can release them from carbon capture obligations I suppose, and join a race to the bottom.
Might be easier to get projects off the ground in Canada if companies have to contend with regulatory whipsaw concerns in the US.
