Sorry mate. They are very far from bucket ready. To date, the Blue heaven is on an M that was granted on Mineralogy, not a Mining Proposal with a mandatory Mine Closure Plan, and all the many many other approvals required. Given this deposits proximity to the Tavern, parking lot, accomodation and residence there is still a long way to go to get to an approval to commence mining operations as an open pit. Blasting, trucking etc that close to a business and tourist infrastructure is going to take a lot of environmental and stakeholder engagement work. Not impossible but they have a lot of work to do. To date, RR1 do not have an approved MP/MCP anywhere. They seem to have also claimed in their latest quarterly tenement table that their Southern M applications have been granted, however a cursory glance at Mineral Titles online at DMIRS show them as still pending. Actually, I'd encourage all SH and potential SH to take a good hard look at MTO and RR1 licenses in PF...quite a lot they are not reporting....I found it quite the eye opener. I believe passionately in the PF area but one must stay realistic on time frames for mining.
