the point was the Austrian Govt was happy to sell the mine, demand annual exportation hurdles, costing SH $m’s, no problem with that as it’s the risk you take. But it is a bit rich as the environment question should have clearly articulated to EUR management, not 12 years after the event. Personally I’m riding free, but many SH are in the hole or sold at a loss. So for me I lay the current situation squarely at the feet of Austria. now in saying that all is not lost, just another impediment along the path.
