If you think it is overpriced and will go lower you can sell at least some and by back lower. If you think it will bounce without much further drop buy now if you want to. If you think it is overpriced at 1.75 or 2.00 or 2.40 or whatever you can sell at least some then and wait for another drop to buy back.
This is all up to you to decide based on your own situation.
We know this stock has some volatility and that can make for a stressful ride if you are not comfortable with your allocation and time frame. It can feel like cutting your losses is your only choice. It might not be however. I hope you can have clarity and faith in your thesis and choose on a reasonable path for your needs.
