They (the ASX) need to have official meeting rules that all attendees must agree to before being allowed entry to company meetings, in order to silence disruptive people speaking out of turn so that they can be politely ordered and if necessary assisted in leaving the room if after a general warning they persist in their disruptive behaviour.
For far too long the odd irritating flea has been allowed to run rampant over companies and serious shareholders that are there to check on the health of the companies that they invest in.
All ‘shareholders’ can of course all send their questions to the board before the meeting so that they can be collated and given collective replies if, where and when possible, preferably at the start of the meeting.
