Claims the takeover deal was received at XMAS...
Soooo... along with the insider trading... they also own up to allowing our price get manipulated down 25% from 20c to 15c during that period, whilst in the meantime their price appreciates 20% from 26c to 31c, thereby giving a far less favourable scrip deal.
We go from getting 43c/sh for just the Iron Ore asset to 28c for the whole lot. Doesn't sound great at all, and last year here everyone would have scoffed at it... but now the 3 month price dip has made it sound like they are offering us an amazing deal.
