This seems reasonable: I too would like to learn "business growth" secrets from a company that's made 5 thousand dollars in the last 6 months while losing 2 million dollars (nicely offset by the taxpayer to the tune of 1.5M).
This isn't even a new formula: we've seen endless micro-startups and near-scams (remember Kondoot?) whose Big Idea was "get a bunch of athletes and influencers on board and somehow make bank". It's like Youtube and Instagram don't even exist.
I have to appreciate the cheekiness of it though. It's one thing to have a garden-variety failed business, but it's quite another to position your failed business as a platform for other businesses.
