SC has done a good job with this Presentation to highlight the areas where he hopes the growth will come from, particularly in the US, UK and EU. Even an opening in Singapore. Some interesting new launches coming with App 2.0 and AI tools as well. He deserves credit for this turnaround story.
I want to believe but then why the need to keep deferring the PAM debt? Why should PAM be rewarded with the option to buy SPA shares in March 2027 at 23c? Does he not trust the SPA SHs to fund his successful turnaround story? The SHs have to vote on the PAM renegotiated deal in April 2025. I am wondering if enough SHs will say this is giving PAM too easy a ride? Why is their money any better than my money to fund the turnaround? DYOR.
