Strangely, looks this way that there won't be a sell-off. Yesterday and today would have been perfect days to do so. Maybe management invited the right people to join the register. Normally the CR-sharks would have sold it down to below CR-price. That means plan B, trying to get as many as close to 4c instead plan A, 3c.
