I am thinking that possibly an answer could be directors buying, which they can only do 24hrs after the AGM.
Any sane, interested buyer would wait until the new placement stock settles and has some time to impact the market.
That's why I am thinking directors.
I guess we'll see in the coming days if the theory is correct.
