The problem is you have to basically partly add the solar and wind togther, then add in some battery costs, hydro as well if your unlucky enough to have that, also gas for when everything goes against you, say wind lull, droughts, also include a heap costs for maintaining way more power lines all over the place, which makes you arrive at a number well higher than $150!!!!.
