To answer the question - no idea, but something is definately happening. Very few sellins and buyers have to take what is on offer. Volume very low.
What could be in the offing is a takeover by the mb shich now has control to mop up the small number of shareholders (such as ourselves) to get 100% control. Often a third party (with no connection to the mb, of course) picks up as many shares as possible before the formal offer is made.
However, how lng do they have to wait from the close the of the previous takeover offer before they can make another stand alone offer?
