Hi,
I'd guess that some $20mil of it is owing to AngloAm for advance royalties and water rights. We know from Note20 to the accounts that we owe Nucharee some $5mil for mining, interest on pref shares and director fees and the balance of $25mil would be normal creditor amounts and accrued charges.
That $20mil to AngloAm should disappear without payment once the NE sale/IPO is put to bed shortly.
