I agree. They got my $30k yesterday.
In this situation the share price will dip a couple of cents under the offer (or adjusted offer) but no more.
Within a few weeks, maybe a month or so there will be some significant news and it will bounce to 45 plus.
Offload some then if you are overweight. No loss to you, gain the options.
