Sorry guys, can't find a link but it basically said that the announcement made this morning by DERM re: Kingaroy UCG plant has no impact on Linc.
If you read the below announcement by DERM take note that what Ms Jones said
"the independent Scientific Expert Panel report into Linc Energys trial plant near Chinchilla recommended that Linc Energy pilot continue as planned and said the company was able to demonstrate a significant technical capacity".

Linc also said that they are not subject to any environmental evaluation notices in relation to its Chinchilla operations and that DERM informed the company (Linc) on 16 December 2010 of its decision to accept the company's (Linc) submissions in relation to all recent requests for information without any further action.
