There's a special section fo the quarterly reporting form that is a "please explain" for any company that is running their operation with less than 2 quarters of funding available. Nearly every time I read a hvy quarterly they have to fill this box out and make up something about why they haven't got adequate capital. My personal favourite was June 2024 when they (and this is true) submitted their quarterly with 0.1 quarters of funding left. They were running the business with less liquidity than some of your misguided investment balances.
I thought it would change when the management changed, but no. What's actually going on here? Why are they so bad at this?
