Darcher, ive been musing about something for the last two weeks. Ive been trying to get a handle on all the buying in recent weeks, mostly from the start of January. Trying to work out where it is coming from, why if its accumulation that there is no substantial holder notice, and the motives behind the buying. Therefore i've turned my mind to who else might likely have an interest in TEX and or Texas (or US) sites, and might be cashed up to buy in.
