The numbers just published suggest no incompetence at all. The only ones that have been incompetent are those that ran it down despite the good existing fundamental, and ongoing progress pursing a well defined strategic plan.
If he had been drip feeding information that did not need to be released then all that would have done is make them look scared, panicked, and desperate which just adds fuel to nay-says such as yourself.
