I would have thought the rule would be to inform the market as soon as they are received.
But if they are allowed time for deeper analysis by third parties, I’m comfortable with that as they will be able to provide that deep analysis plus a (hopefully) well considered plan for the future. Therefore negating amateur analysis and conjecture by knuckleheads - like me!
