Read the trading policy. It said, 'Diectors can buy 24hours after half year or yearly announcement. And then needs to be at least 2 weeks prior to any market sensitive announcement.
Could he have bought already? Or do they have to announce any buy/sells immediately...? If the latter is the case - there's been nothing as yet.
