exactly, and if SSW pulled a rabbit out of the hat and went thru with it all that does is piss off the new party you started DD with, who you may want to do business with at a later time. They can start informal talks but nothing official till now. At least if the new partner is already a major shareholder (speculation) they have already completed reasonable due diligence on the project so an additional investment may not take the 6+months it otherwise would.
