i have searched on the demarcation site, as well as the sites for limpopo generally, and also the sites for greater tubatse and makhuduthamaga. every detailed map points towards nooitverwacht = bengwenyama and eerstegeluk = roka phasa.
i suppose the question remains, which bengwenyama council is the traditional owner?
