Agree with your sentiments re the article as it seemed very informative about ".the same things I've been looking at re HLS".
HLS has not received much coverage in the financial circles so the article did shed some light particularly on their track record.
Maybe it is the track record that has caused little interest.
The author does point out the short term risk of not knowing what the special dividend amount will be.
The author "wouldn't be surprised to see renewed M/A interest" which I agree with.
All will be revealed on the 27th.March hopefully.
