and if you are like my brother all you do is find out that the house around the corner is valued at 1.3 million and you buy a similar block for 170k and then build a 350k house on top and hey presto a 1 million dollar house for just ~500k
nobody else can work that out though, they just want something now - so they are willing to pay double, it wont be a problem
