What remains curious to me is the "secure priority locations for battery deployment". The wording is interesting and although it seems to suggest a few things,,, i'm not entirely sure what those things are.
Are they identifying regions, land developments, industrial areas that could benefit from vrfb's, and with a plan to actually deploy, are now trying to secure the land needed to make it happen?
Everything else on their list speaks for itself, so this point stands out as, what are they actually talking about?
Possibly the very last point may be an indication. "Deliver investment decision on a VFB BESS project".
This sounds specific to a single project, so combining a few of those points, it sounds like something could be well in the works there?
