Well here goes my attempt at a positive spin.

The USA under President Trump is all about protecting and supporting US companies. Already US Defence and NASA have guidelines about using American companies and indeed Brainchip has advertised for employees who have US citizenship and who can pass national security tests.

Even under President Biden the Chips Act was all about providing funds to US technology companies.

In case anyone didn't notice Brainchip is an Australian company.

As for disclosure if we go back to 2020 Brainchip announced they had signed an agreement with a major US Automotive manufacturer. Next thing they get a please explain from the ASX and they have to issue a further announcement advising the company was Ford Corporation. Clearly this was something which Ford did not want to occur. This embarrassed Brainchip.

Brainchip in 2022 announced that MegaChips had bought an IP licence and next minute they get an ASX please explain requiring Brainchip to release details of the commercial relationship which obviously they and MegaChips wanted not to have to disclose.

The response from Brainchip has been to protect its NDA customers by not disclosing anything they can avoid disclosing unless it is impossible to avoid doing so, lest they get further ASX requisitions that require further disclosure.

The whole ASX approach is for a revolutionary technology company like Brainchip working at the cutting edge of European and American defence and space applications untenable, because European and American national security concerns do not override the ASX Rules regarding disclosure.

So by moving to the USA and becoming a US registered company severing all ties with the ASX frees up Brainchip to make announcements that will not then be subject to requirements to disclose material that is commercial in confidence and the US Defence and Space companies will know that matters of US national security will be kept secret.

Will moving to the USA increase the share price I have no idea really but when you consider the manipulation that has occurred here over the last couple of days based upon an absolute fabrication of what Anil Mankar has or has not done tells me it cannot be any worse.

In fact I cannot wait to escape the ASX even though for years I hoped that Brainchip could be the catalyst for the growth of a strong and healthy Ai industry in Australia.

The manipulators can now attempt to tear the above opinion to pieces for the purpose of crushing the share price to buy at an even greater over sold discounted share price so they and not ordinary retail will benefit from Brainchip's future success.

But in 10 years have never produced any revenue lol.

The level of delusion on this stock is out of control.
