I read the Ukraine Critical Minerals Portfolio presentation (available online: https://www.geo.gov.ua › uploads › presentations) and there is a slide on "rare earths".
So a bit of rare earth in apatite (I guess it could be a bit of rare earth as by-product for phosphate fertiliser production), but the others mentioned (tantalum, niobium and beryllium, zirconium etc) aren't rare earths (maybe rare metals).
