Thankfully these relate to reporting requirements only just to save companies time and resources as a reward for complying with stringent emissions rules.
Europe has made it clear they're going at it alone if U.S. wants to drop out. Though I'm not convinced the U.S. is dropping out of the green race either...but that's another story.
