You are right. BB is normally done by big company ie BHP etc to reduce amount of shares in the market. The company can't keep the shares and resell to the market and make profit/loss, otherwise, it will be treated as share trading ?? If CFE use the fund to purchase 10% of the shares from the market which is good for the holders (less dilution), what other benefit are we getting, what happen to the SP if the BB is completed.
