Gil Clausen seems an incredible heavyweight to add to the board. As you've always said T/O remains a possibility, I hope it doesn't happen too cheaply if it does, and I do think it seems small for Hubbay. Nevertheless, the incremental addition of Gil is very positive.
(As are the direction of SP movement in this volatility.)
