The open cut mine at EHM is due to be completed in August 2011. If a deal with Xstrata is going to be done it would have to be soon if they plan to fill the mill.
Timing would be approximately. 1. Do Deal, 2. Get legals sorted out, 4. Mobilise equipment to site, 5. Start mining overburden and building 8 km road, 4. Mine ore and transport to mill.
Whichever way it goes we should know inside of the next few months.
