Just a guess .
Horrendous.
Self- interested and absorbed , indifferent management- should be made accountable for not acting in best interests of their shareholders.
Let alone extortionist terms & gains with self- interest ultimately, as insiders supported a lot through years and gained at the time cheap shares.
Also many acquired shares & options that looked lucrative at the time, in overall company inc by the MD notably.
Apologies -as I know I am not up to date with what is going on.
But it’s terrible to see where DGR has ended up now.
