How could anyone defend M&G after they dumped? There actions very nearly resulted in a failed 30 cent CR and we know what that would have ment for MSB. The motives behind M&Gs actions we don't know however it would be kind of investors to think they were simply cashing up to reinvest probably in the low 20 cent range. Far worse motives may have driven the process. We can however see there losses, they amount to huge sums.
Perhaps you should consider what could happen if SI followed ETs demands.
The CR at 30 cents. ETs demands could have let M&G back in . We know they weren't paying 30 cents.

So with above in mind, go back a bit further to a time when ET was pro every thing MSB. Look carefully at what M&G were doing.
