And how many of those have performed as well as PAR has recently? I can give you several larger healthcare stocks off the top of my head that are down similar amounts, NEU, TLX. If you expect lots of 8%+ up days (as we have had several of recently) you have to be ready to cop a few of those going the other way, especially when the market is taking a big beating. People obsess way too much over the day to day share price swings, for some reason a lot more on the down days than on equivalent up days. Who cares about the past 4 years, is it the same company now as it was back then? My example was merely to reflect on how sentiment magically shifted between the very recent ups and downs of the share price without and fundamentals changes that warranted such shifts in sentiment.

Im not going to sit around and argue with people who want to obsess over every little price change though, if you want to worry then go ahead, my post was to show how pointless such a discussion is as this process repeats every single time. The price rises, “this is the best stock in the world it’s going to $1”, the price falls, “it’s all over”, the price rises… it repeats.
