Do you have any knowledge if insurers regularly get sued for not providing approving treatment in a timely manner? Just thinking about a case where treatment is not provided because the insurer is still haggling with Mesoblast on pricing when there is clear efficacy and economics data available to make a decision.
Maybe Mesoblast is too nice and still providing treatments under EAP or other compassionate protocols for now. They really should be able to back charge insurers over this period since the product is approved and being used as per indication.
