I had some leftover super in a very big fund that was an industry default it had high fees and was a lacklustre performer. I asked to move the money to another fund.
They gave me a form, I filled it in. They said 'wrong form' I said give me the correct one, they sent the same form to me...walls. Lies. Rubbish evasion tactics.
In the end I said 'look, I am about to refer the matter to the authorities. I have a legal background and will pursue this as a matter of principle'.
OMG they sent the correct form and executed immediately. Most punters are time-poor and give up.
It's the time-poor the FUD artists rely on in here. they also rely on us putting them on ignore so the punter can't see the counter arguments, boring and repetitive as they are. I get infuriated with how difficult it is for the ordinary punter to make serious $. Because most of the obstacles are sleight of hand and trickster actions.
IMO MSB is one of the opportunities of a lifetime. IF you have the courage to withstand the volatility and games being played. If you can inform yourself and stay calm.
