My thoughts are that there is another company driving this move. BRN have made it clear over the last few years that listing on the NASDAQ was their plan however I think given the partnerships BRN are involved with, and all the feedback from all these partnerships being very positive, indicates that BRN technology is at the forefront of new developments in secure communications, radar, signal processing and satellite imagery and doubtless many other military uses.
It is possible that one or more of these US defence companies that are currently using BRN technology now require BRN to take this course to allow progression of the project.
Remember, these US companies that are evaluating BRN technology are the largest aerospace, defence and technology companies in the world. These companies are the jewels in the crown of US defence, aerospace and technology sector and are of national importance to the US.
Hopefully some indications of what maybe going on in the background will be revealed prior to the AGM.
