what a fool, I don't care why someone is buying, I'm only wondering why someone sold 10m shares just before they "will" announce IXR get funding from UK government. Use your brain, why don't you buy that 10m shares if you are so confident with the company huh??? it's super cheap. save $6 from your daily coffee to buy 1000 shares. it will make you rich.
