In April 2024, Nicholas Benbow, the head of audit at William Buck Victoria, paid a $20,625 penalty for audit rotation issues. ASIC issued three infringement notices because they believed Mr. Benbow failed to comply with audit rotation requirements, which are crucial for maintaining auditor independence.........
