The offer price of the New Shares (Offer Price) will be the lower of:• $0.425, being the same as the issue price under the Placement; and• the price that is a 2.5% discount to the volume weighted average price of the 4DX Sharestraded on the ASX during the 5 trading days leading up to, and including, the Closing Date ofthe SPP (being Tuesday, 18 March 2025), rounded to the nearest half cent.
Ie the actual SPP price will be less than today's price.
There is no reason to buy on market today unless you are significantly underweight and clearly someone is as every seller has a buyer!
