I think anyone who has been involved with PAR for multiple years will tell you there is zero effect. PR only pretends to care how shareholders feel before the AGM and then spends the next 12 months doing what PR thinks is best.

We all know we are now at the mercy of PR organising finance and/or a deal. He will just dilute more if we don't get it, as he'd rather own 5% of something successful than more of a failure. Unfortunately for the rest of us most of us can't afford to be diluted into oblivion but that's the risk we all took/take.
