Clearly you have not followed BIT for quite a while
I have never posted that there should be a class action against BIT - so, I am a bit confused as to why you pegged me particularly with your post.
I have been out of BIT for 6 years - maybe closer to 7 years now. As least I left with a small profit. Why would I be pushing a class action exercise?
Investors should be aware that these companies carry risk - but, in this case, the directors are at fault as well with some misleading statements and appalling financial management skills. That is where I believe the class action discussions were centered around.
