In response to your query on Point 4 of my previous post Dabble010.
MYX released a statement that Viburnum had agreed to a T/O. I am sure that many in the investment community, including HC posters believe that MYX is worth way much than that in future earnings.
I doubt if there will be any legal repercussions from this situation, but it possibly couldn't get a good look for Viburnum if the vote turns out as NO or a superior bid came in at (for example) $ 10.
Obviously Viburnum are very astute investors and backed a winner with MYX; and I believe could have worked to get a better deal for all SH and increased their already substantial profit.
Just my musings on a slow weekend.
